I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, please don’t worry. When you go to the login page, you will be presented with an option called ‘Forgotten Password’.
If you just follow the instructions providing you can remember the email address you signed up with, it will email you instructions on how to retrieve and or reset it.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept most types of credit cards. Our payment gateway SECURE TRADING and is very secure and can provide you with an array of options in which types of payments we can accept.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It all depends on the products ordered and if they need embroidering.
If they are being embroidered, please allow up to an extra 10 working days for them to be complete and shipped.
Issue with orders
If you have any questions at all about any orders that you have placed, please login and provide us with your order reference. We will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as we can to resolve.
We keep good records and can retain all communications in messages so we can track and resolve the issue almost immediately.
My Credit or Debit card failed in payments
There are a few reasons why this could happen. Please contact your bank in the first instance to see if you have enough cleared funds. Other main reasons could be possible because we use data matching and 3D secure in matching the person to the credit card holder and address. If this is typed out incorrectly or a fraudulent card is being used, it will not be accepted.
Please do not email us about this, as we cannot help you. You need to contact your issuing bank.

Other ways which may be quicker is to send us an email with all the details so it gives us time to get an accurate answer for you.

Embroidered Baseball Caps
If you need your work wear items to be embroidered, we provide an embroidery service so you can get it all in one place, we have all of the facilities in house so you can cut out the middle man and get an amazing price.
Do we charge extra for Embroidered Baseball Caps?
The only simple answer, is NO!
Can anything be embroidered onto Caps?
In hindsight, we would say most things can be embroidered, but saying that, we always make particular checks first to make sure we can fulfill the order.
Embroidering for larger quantities
We never run our machines at high speed, thus making sure there is consistency in the stitching applied. We like having customers come back to us which is why we supply a quality poduct EVERY time.
How do I add baseball cap embroidery to my order?
When you browse our website and find the Baseball Cap you like, then in the product options, there is a drop down menu choice to make it simple for you to either add embroidery or non-embroidery.
